Buy-out of A.E. Harris & Co (Birmingham) Limited completed.
On 29th April 2022, Jerry Smith and David Cattanach completed the management buy-out of A.E. Harris & Co (Birmingham) Ltd which incorporates the Chapman Driver Seating business and Commercial Handrail Systems business.
The business will continue as before with a major focus on driver seating and hand rail systems for the bus market.
Over the next 6-12 months there will be some slight changes to the web sites of the various divisions and we are booked to exhibit at this year’s Euro Bus Expo at the NEC where we will be showing our latest range of products.
